Vote Texas Democratic Congressman Gene Green Out Of Office

Looks like Green does not appreciate Freedom of Speech, at least not when it may be against what he is doing.

Texas Democratic Congressman Gene Green has decided to limit attendance at his town hall events in order to maintain what he calls, a civil discussion of the issues. Green writes on his Web site: "Unfortunately, due to a coordinated effort to disrupt our town hall meetings — we will be restricting further attendance to residents of the 29th Congressional district and verifying residency by requiring photo identification."

But Green hasn't always favored such restrictions. A non-partisan-issues Web site says Green has voted twice against requiring photo ID in federal elections. Green's office explains: "Previous votes on the voter integrity project requiring picture identification would have restricted voter participation — whereas our decision is to enhance our constituent's participation in town halls — without interruption from non-constituents."

Green is all for voter fraud, which favors Democrats, but is against the Freedom of Speech. I bet that if it was Code Pink, ACORN, or the ACLU he would let them in without card checking them.

Obama needs to start listening to the people and stop paying attention to his Marxist friends. The Democrats just don't get it. Yes the Republicans messed up, but the people did not ask for the country to make a complete change in direction. This is a center right country, not a far left one.

Unions Are Nothing More Then The Democrats Lap Dogs

Looks like the Democrats cant handle the American people protesting their Socialist agenda. So what do they do? They call on their lap dogs, the Unions.

AFL-CIO have been told to get involved with the Town Hall meetings.

The Democrats have been saying that this is Astro turf, that this is not a real movement. This just shows that they just don't get it. The American people spoke last November and gave the Democrats a chance after the Republicans screw up. What did they do with that chance? They have been pushing through every screwed up policy of the far, far left. They have pandered to every special interest group and donor that gives them money. They have hijacked this country.

What they don't get is they woke up a monster. Conservatives do not protest, they vote. We ARE the silent majority. If you think that what you see at these town halls is big, wait till election day.

Just remember, what you seen at the Tea Parties was all grass roots, home made signs, families, kids, and a civil protest. When you have Liberals protest it is all manufactured. Just look, they all have the same signs, wear the same shirts, and are all paid for by Unions, ACORN, SEIU, and the Democratic Party.
